Hello i've got my breast implant surgery like 2 years ago teardrop. And i am doing my Ems training exercises for 5 months. Is it dangerous to do ems training because they are giving electro to my chest also. I don't want them to change the size and i couldn't find any information about that. My procedure was submuscular also Thanks in advance
Answer: EMS training Yes you are fine to undergo EMS training even though you have breast implants. The exercises will not change the size of your breast implants regardless if they are submuscular. Having an EKG performed will no way impact your implants.

Answer: Ems work after breast implants Hello, thank you for your question. Congrats on the EMS training, we can use people like you in this field. Wear a good supportive bra, it should not be of any concern. It may get sore since it is under the muscle and you may be required to do some lifting. I would speak to your plastic surgeon about your concern.

Answer: Implants You are well healed and should be able to do any type of training needed. Be careful being shocked because some have gone into fibrillation from electric shock., plus it is quite painful.

Answer: EMS training with breast implants EMS training involves the application of electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions. While there is limited specific research on the effects of EMS training on breast implants, it is generally considered safe to perform EMS exercises after a breast augmentation surgery. In the case of submuscular placement of implants, where the implants are positioned beneath the chest muscle, the risk of the electrical impulses affecting the implants is relatively low. The chest muscle acts as a barrier between the implants and the EMS device, providing some protection. However, it is always recommended to consult with your plastic surgeon before starting any new exercise regimen, including EMS training. Your surgeon is familiar with your specific case and can provide personalized advice based on your surgical technique, implant type, and individual healing process. During your consultation, your surgeon will assess the stability and position of your breast implants and determine if any precautions need to be taken. They may also provide specific recommendations on the intensity and duration of the EMS training to ensure the best possible outcome and minimize any potential risks. I hope this helps, best of luck !
