Can I get implants with no lift. I do have sagging but I also like natural large looking breast. In my 20s I was a full 32DD and loved my natural sag. In my 30s I have a lot of loss volume that is making the asymmetry super obvious. Now 32C. I’m 5’1, 115 lbs. If I do need a lift, would a donut or crescent look good on me? Included wish pics

Answer: Do I need a lift? Based on the degree of ptosis (sagging) depicted in the photos a lift would be recommended with an augmentation. A donut or crescent lift would not be sufficient. The best place to begin is visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Can I get breast Implants without lift? You could! Especially if you’re ok with a natural sag. I recommend at least a donut lift with implants. You will still sag with a donut lift, but it would give you the best possible results while avoiding the extra scars. This will help fill out the breast and it would lift the areola a bit. The asymmetries will be harder to correct without extra scars though. From what I can gather you would be ok with this….. and if not it is an easy fix. A revision with a traditional lift plus implants. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota
