I think you won't be happy unless you have a breast lift with your implants. If you don't, your nipples will still point downward and won't be "perky." Talk to your surgeon about the options, so that you can better understand the realistic expectations with each approach. Best of luck!

Hi thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for breast implants but will require a lift procedure and I am not certain that a donut or crescent lift will suffice because I believe that your results can be better than your wish picture by using other techniques for the lift.

You will get a modest lifting effect with breast implants. Your smaller breast might be able to get away with a donut lift. Your larger breast would most likely need a comprehensive lift using incisions around the areola, a vertical incision, and a breast crease incision (Wise pattern lift).

You could! Especially if you’re ok with a natural sag. I recommend at least a donut lift with implants. You will still sag with a donut lift, but it would give you the best possible results while avoiding the extra scars. This will help fill out the breast and it would lift the areola a bit. The asymmetries will be harder to correct without extra scars though.

From what I can gather you would be ok with this….. and if not it is an easy fix. A revision with a traditional lift plus implants.

You would benefit from a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Although you'll find surgeons to just perform breast augmentation, you would do very poorly. Same for a donut lift. Your breasts relatively full and are sagging, with low nipples and substantial asymmetry. Nothing but a full lift will give you a pleasing appearance.

Augmentation with implant will not resolve current sagginess but will give you larger breasts. A combination of lollipop breast lift and implant augmentation would be my suggestion. Hope this helps.
