Hi, I'm 35 years old, 5'5, and 190lbs. I have breastfed two children and I'm interested in getting implants. Would it be possible to get implants without a breast lift? Also, if a breast lift would be needed is it something I can opt to do at a later date after the augmentation? I believe my nipples are even with the fold and I have stretch marks breast feeding.
Answer: Can I avoid a lift? From the submitted photos your breasts are sagging with nipples in low position. A lift would be recommended with the implants to raise the nipple position and improve overall shape. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Breasts Without getting the lift, you will just have larger and still sagging breasts with implants. The lift with implants would work best for you.

Answer: Hello Hello, no, you need a breast lift with implants, just putting implants will have a very poor quality result, it must be a lift with implants

Answer: Breast augmentation without breast lift Dear Peaceful959080, based on your photos, you will need a lift to get good results. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your question! Personally, I would not advise it. I think that your breasts will be larger but will be very droopy. If you were going to stage the surgeries, the better choice would be a lift first and an implant down the road. Good luck!
