Would liposuction or a Brazilian butt lift help correct bumps and ridges that were a result of Cellfina? (photos)

However, localized fat deposits are usually easier to treat with liposuction than abnormalities due to fibrous bands or scarring from prior surgeries. Although the primary goal of a BBL is to increase buttock volume and form, the liposuction portion may also assist in enhancing the overall smoothness and contour of the treated regions, including any parts of the thighs that you may be concerned about. Speak with a board-certified surgeon to determine the exact type of ridges and bumps you have, analyze the condition of your skin, and suggest the best course of action.

Currently, a good option for treating cellulite is Aveli. This device allows to cut the bands underneath the skin that cause dimpling and cellulite.
However, if your bumps and dimples are areas lacking fat, then an option for treatment is transferring fat to help fill them out. It is best to consult with a plastic surgeon to assess what is the cause of your buttock bumps and ridges.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. It is very likely that fat transfer to buttocks and hips, if performed properly, would improve your current situation significantly. I am not familiar with Cellfina and whether it is a permanent material? That needs to be discussed with your surgeon ahead of your surgery. You need an expert! board-certified plastic surgeon. You may get improvements with fat transfer. Although, eliminating all the problem areas completely may be difficult.

Individuals who have cellulite are not going to see improvements from either liposuction or fat transfer.
Whether your previous treatment made things better or worse, you do have underlying cellulite.
To make an accurate assessment on individual who had previous surgical intervention, we generally always need to see proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your provider to forward the pictures they took.
Neither Liposuction or fat transfer are going to improve your contour or treat cellulite.
If anything they can make it worse.
You can have a Liposuction and you can have a BBL but the procedures do not treat what your specific concern is.
Treating cellulite is inherently difficult. This is true whether you’ve had the previous treatment attempts or not.
