Help! I'm 5 years post breast reconstruction, have capsular contraction, and have consulted with two surgeons who have different approaches; 1 uses Alloderm (which I currently have) while the other suggests using Galaflex as a possible option to reduce the chances of cc happening again. Is there any research that says which is better? Could one over the other make a difference? Also, is saline an option? Thought it was a no but another dr mentioned it? Help! Thank you!
