Can a silicone implant deflate due to capsular contracture? I have it in both breasts and am concerned. This is my second set of implants. First were saline and left breast had capsular contracture. Right was fine. Now I have silicone and both have capsular contracture. First time, the capsular contracture breast deflated. I wasn't sure if it deflated due to capsular contracture. Is this something I should worry about? I can't afford an explant now, but eventually want them out.
