Dear Terrific227246,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
This is a little bit difficult to say, however, I do see how the right breast implant is sitting slightly higher than the left. Sometimes this is the case when a capsular contracture starts. Do you have any discomfort? Do you feel as though there is a significant difference in the texture or Firmness of that implant. Also, sometimes this can result from simply your underlying anatomy, or the operative technique used. Each breast has different breast, anatomical asymmetries at baseline most of the time. However, being patient with your results is also an option as well. This can take a significant amount of time for the breast to soften and fall into their final position. How long has it been since your initial operation? You do appear to have an aesthetic result, however, I understand your concern. Have a goal directed conversation with your board-certified plastic surgeon and we are happy to help you in any way we can.
Without in person examination or seeing before photos appears you have either early capsular contracture of mal positioned implant. Seek in person opinions.
