I am experiencing my 3rd CC in my right breast. In 2019 I decided to have breast revision due to the shape and appearance of my breasts (I had had no encapsulation since 2000). My right breast is now encapsulated. I tried ultra sound therapy with minimal success and due to pain I am now considering add'l surgery. What are my chances of re-encapsulation with Alloderm and Ultrasound Therapy as a preventative post-op? Would you use use both? Or just remove implants entirely?

I do a lot of capsular contracture surgery with Strattice and we have the Aspen system and also work closely with the inventor and his clinic. We routinely use the system after capsulectomy and Strattice placement and also if a previous Strattice patient gets at all tight. No issues
