Can you have aspen treatment with strattice?

I had capsule contractor 4 times and as a preventative measure I was *just wondering* if the aspen treatment could be done if you have strattice in each breast...

Thank you for your question.  Yes, the Aspen ultrasound treatment can be done on those patients with acellular dermal matrix, (ADM), like Strattice.  Best to speak with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  Together you will come up with a plan.

I do a lot of capsular contracture surgery with Strattice and we have the Aspen system and also work closely with the inventor and his clinic. We routinely use the system after capsulectomy and Strattice placement and also if a previous Strattice patient gets at all tight. No issues
