Can fixing asymmetrical nostrils be easy? (photos)

Hi I regret having my rhinoplasty but I cant go back in time. My columella is now placed to one side and my nostrils look uneven. I am scared to have another rhinoplasty because I dont want any more "changes" dont want any more scars or bumps etc. I dont try to get a perfect nose, just want it to be symmetrical again. Would it be a simple procedure to change position of columella, and bring in one of the nostrils?

Hello, and thank you for your question. You may be a candidate for revision rhinoplasty, if you are at least one year out from your first procedure. While it is a very complex procedure (even more complicated than primary rhinoplasty), the procedure can correct your concerns involving asymmetry and uneven nostrils.
