Post op one of my nostrils is wider and taller than the other. Would one of the listed procedures fix this for me? I am worried I would be able to fix the wider issue but not the taller issue. Since most B&A pics of alarplasty seem to make nostrils less wide but still the same height. Basically, how do I fix width and height of it? Last, how do I know if I already have or need an alar rim graft on the smaller one?

Hi, thank you for the question. It you have 12 months following your second surgery, it is ideal for time. Ineed face images to evaluate. Regards. Dr Cem Altindag Istanbul
Hi Dalia, thank you for the question. A revision would need for your tip and dorsum (axis deviation?). I would like to see other face images. Cartilage grafts from ear mostly or rib? Area would be prepared for this. Regards. Dr. Cem Altindag Istanbul
Did you have a large bump originally? The skin has to go somewhere, so, it stays there, but has some elasticity and stretch to it. I'd start with radiofrequency microneedling (such as Morpheus 8) to contract the skin, as a good treatment.
