I am VERY interested in getting feminization top surgery but I do NOT want to transition or have bottom surgery or even live my life as a woman, is this possible or am I just dreaming & may need a psychologist.

Hi SourMapes, great question. I would recommend waiting until the 12 month mark after surgery to make a decision. A few months after surgery, implant position will continue to change, affectionately known as the "drop and fluff." It looks like one implant is still sitting higher than the other....
