Hello, I would like to know more about the procedure and results about receiving fat transfer with hopefully a more feminine appearance from my male breast’s and under arm fat. Currently wear a 42 B or C cup depending on the bra. Thank you in advance. Rachel

Hello !

The process of fat transfer breast augmentation involves extracting fat from different areas of your body through liposuction, and then injecting it into the breasts to enhance their appearance.

On average, you can achieve an increase of around 1 cup size.

About 50-90% of fat will generally survive after the surgery, depending on surgeon technique and patient aftercare. It takes about six months for the injected fat cells to develop a new blood supply and to see final results. The results from a fat transfer breast augmentation are then lifelong.

Recovery after fat transfer to the breast is around two weeks.

Of course, an “in person” exam is necessary.

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. To get a more feminine shape you can consider a couple of options. A) Weight loss B) Liposuction to the armpit roll/lateral chest to make the chest appear slimmer C) Larger breast implants D) Fat grafting to the breast. I would advise having a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon

Rachel,
There are a lot of things going on with your breasts.  The nipple/areoal are far too low in their present position, there is more of a 'square' appearance with lateral breast/fat.
Fat transfer to the breasts will enhance them SLIGHTLY, usually a half cup increase (a full cup in rare instances).
Liposuction of the lateral breast will make them more round and reduce unwanted axilla fat too.  Some of this fat may be transferred and some obtained from other areas may be used.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. you are a good candidate for liposuction of the outside of the breast (axilla) and fat, transferred to the top of the breast to provide cleavage. Liposuction in the lateral chest wall will help define your breast shape. It is best for you to have a consultation either virtually or in person to discuss options.
