Based on your singular photo, it's difficult to see a sidewall bump at the bony cartilaginous junction. Since you appear to have thin skin, in general, irregularities have to rhinoplasty surgery tend to become more prominent as swelling goes down. I recommend you to wait until your recovery process is completed which is full 12 to 18 months. Bumps are common aspects of your healing process. They arise due to changes in tissues and your body's reaction to healing. Best of luck to you

At 6 months post-rhinoplasty, the bump may still reduce as swelling subsides, with full healing taking 12-18 months. It could be residual swelling, scar tissue, or minor irregularities.
