Firms and hardness are common problems early after surgery, but you have to make sure there's no fluid build up or infection. Be sure to discuss with your own surgeon about how this applies to you, and whether they have any special concerns in your case.
You are still healing which can take anywhere from 3-6 months to fully resolve. However, if the breasts still feel hard in another month, I would suggest that you schedule an appointment with your surgeon so that you can be assessed in person. Best, Dr. Nazarian

It can take around 3 - 6 months for your implants to soften and settle after surgery. Be patient and keep your plastic surgeon advised of any changes or concerns.
At 8 weeks, your breasts should still soften a bit over the next 1-4 months. Textured implants do move significantly less than smooth implants and generally remain firmer as well. However, you are still early in your postop period and should give things a little more time to settle. I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
Thank you for the question. The implants should still be in the process of settling in and it should take around 8-12 weeks for the wounds to fully heal as well. The tenderness should get better in a few weeks. If it doesn't, it would be best to visit your surgeon about it. Best of luck.
