8 weeks ago I had a breast augmentation . My breasts feel very hard and won´t move . Will they soften?

Firms and hardness are common problems early after surgery, but you have to make sure there's no fluid build up or infection.  Be sure to discuss with your own surgeon about how this applies to you, and whether they have any special concerns in your case.

Right now, you are very early on in the
post op recovery period. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. Rest, relax, recover and heal. Please Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you. Then reassess final result at 6 months.

It can take around 3 - 6 months for your implants to soften and settle after surgery.  Be patient and keep your plastic surgeon advised of any changes or concerns.

At 8 weeks, your breasts should still soften a bit over the next 1-4 months.  Textured implants do move significantly less than smooth implants and generally remain firmer as well.  However, you are still early in your postop period and should give things a little more time to settle.  I hope this helps.  Best of luck to you.

Thank you for the question.  The implants should still be in the process of settling in and it should take around 8-12 weeks for the wounds to fully heal as well.  The tenderness should get better in a few weeks.  If it doesn't, it would be best to visit your surgeon about it.
