Can my nuvaring contraceptive cause discharge out of my nipple and areola? (photos)

Yes, your Nuva ring can cause hormonal changes which can cause you to be lactating.You should discuss with your Plastic Surgeon or Primary Care Physician.

Nipple discharge, particularly of six months' duration, should be worked up to rule out underlying problems, whether hormonal or of other etiology.  You should bring this to the attention of your gynecologist who can make the appropriate referrals.
