2 weeks post op eMatrix treatment, my skin doesn't peel off/renew itself. Is this normal?

I got the eMatrix treatment done about two weeks ago and I have been extensively moisturising my skin. Now that the redness is completely gone, the skin doesn't peel off or in any way renew itself as I was told.

eMatrix using fractionated radio-frequency to improve the skin.  Typically there is no skin peeling because there is minimal epidermal skin damage.  The treatment is referred to as "sublative".

eMatrix is sublative - a word that means only the upper layers of your skin is partially ablated or removed. This should only give you pin point areas of partial healing - this resolves  within -8 days, depending on the treatment level. I think, if I am not mistaken the US has a max of 80mj per pin (or even lower), in Australia we are using 90-100 mj in key areas. The skin should not be peeling off after eMatrix. When the pin points go into the skin, new collagen is formed into those areas which helps resurface the skin and improve it. It does not peel the skin off. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
