Smile asymmetries can be treated with Botox. Botox and/or fillers can be used to improve the look and symmetry of an asymmetric smile, but some minor asymmetries might still persist even after treatment. A consult with an expert physician injector will help you decide which product is needed. All the best,

Your picture does show an asymmetry of your upper lip. This can be improved and would likely be a combination of both filler to improve the volume and shape and then Botox or Dysport to help improve the motion. I'd recommend you consult with a core aesthetic physician injector such as a facial plastic surgeon.
Botox and fillers are commonly used to improve facial asymmetries and I think they could be used in your case to help improve smile asymmetry. I recommend an in person consultation with an experienced aesthetic physician to confirm you are a candidate for treatment.
