How to fix Voluma XC reaction? (Photo)

Hi, I'm 39 and last year experienced rapid weight loss due to a stressful situation. It left my face looking saggy and sunk in and my skin thin. It was suggested to have Voluma XC added in check bones. I had a bump/nodule develop that wouldn't go away. Returned to injector and have had 3 rounds of hyaluronidase. Nodule is still there and place I went to is basically saying there's nothing else they can do. Injector said she thinks she went too deep, hit a bone and product rose to surface?
