I have not seen Voluma migrate in the patients that I have treated and I have not heard of migration being an issue for patients treated by other doctors.  The Voluma should stay in the area that was injected, so I would say that it would not migrate from the cheek to the jawline or smile lines.

Thanks for your question.  It is very unlikely that Voluma placed properly in the upper cheeks could migrate all the way down to the jawline and nasolabial folds.  You might want to return to your injector so they can see what your concerns are.  Good luck!
