Not sure if these lines are nasolabial folds or hyperpigmentation and if they're normal for my age? (Photos)

Hi doctors! I’m 22 years old and currently have these lines beside my mouth, not so sure if it’s lines or discoloration, it’s much obvious on my right side cause I was a right side sleeper… anyways, i was wondering if these lines are normal for my age? I noticed that it only shows on certain lighting like natural, bright lights. should i be bothered? Does it affect so much on one’s appearance? Thank you so much for answering.

Can a intralesional laser treatment be effective after hyaluronidase proved ineffective?

Only hyaluronidase helps fillers reverse you can sometimes do RF treatments or inject 5fu to help but in general you have to keep using hyaluronidase till it's gone (sometimes many treatments).  Best, Dr. Emer.
