Hi,Each round of Coolsculpt will give you 20% to 25% fat reduction. Most Coolsculpt patients end up doing 2 or more rounds to meet their fat reduction expectations. You must first meet with your Certified Coolsculpt Provider and be assessed to determine if you are a good candidate for another round of Coolsculpt. Also keep in mind, your complete Coolsculpt results take up to 4 months to see.

Hi and thank you for your question! We absolutely find coolsculpting results show up significantly more after the 2nd treatment. We rarely (almost never) recommend patients only do one treatment. The arms do respond greatly from coolsculpting, especially since we have most of our patients using Alastin's Transform Body Cream before and after treatments! For a person who is roughly within their ideal body weight +/- 15 pounds we are generally able to get excellent results with coolsculpting. Usually we do the treatments 1 month apart and then review results 3 months after the last treatment. Best of luck!

Give it at least 8-12 weeks to see full results. Repeating a treatment should improve results. You can also do either liposuction of the arm or Thermitight to tighten skin.
