Is cutting the Depressor Septi muscle my only option for a horizontal crease above my upper lip? (photos)

I've developed this deep crease in the last 7 months and naively thought that a filler could take care of it. I've been to 2 consultations and was told that I should not get any injectables because the line does not appear when my face is at rest. The last place suggested that I get my depressor septi muscle cut but that they didn't do it and didn't know who to refer me to. It has really affected my smile and now I don't even know where or how to fix it! Any advice is truly appreciated.
