I had my op in Nov 2012. My surgeon made my nose thinner over the bridge, didn't touch the tip but there is a bulge above my nostrils, he said that this was swelling from the internal stitches and it would go so I went back after a year & he told me to come back in 6m & if it hadn't gone he'd give me steroid injections. Is that safe? Also there's a little ball of bone on one side of the bridge of my nose. It wasn't there when I first had my cast off, it makes my nose look bent. What should I do?
