You need a complete analysis to evaluate the underlying issues. Scar tissue does occasionally form after rhinoplasty, however the majority of issues are usually a result of cartilage or bony factors reflecting through the skin. These factors do not get better with steroid injections. I think enough time has passed for you to be evaluated for revision rhinoplasty.

There are many things that can be done to refine and improve your nose. The most important thing to do right now is to go for a consultation with some computer imaging to be certain that you and your surgeon are on the same page regarding your goals. That would be the best way to see what different maneuvers would do for you and if you would be happy with the outcome.

From the photographs you've provided it appears that you may benefit by some type of revisions surgery. It is difficult to evaluate from the views you have just what might be required. I am not a big fan of steroid injections into the nose. This can result in atrophy of the soft tissues and thinning of the overlying skin. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon weeks experienced and revision rhinoplasty and discussed  in a face-to-face interview
