Your best guess at final size is to be sized, either with an analogous implant or computer imaging.
Cup size discussions are somewhat helpful but not totally reliable so it would be best for you to see what the final outcome will approximate. A Victoria's Secret DD may be a B or C cup for Wacoal, for example. I would request sizing from your plastic surgeon.
The 450cc extra high profile implant is going to add significant volume and fullness.

If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume require to achieve your desired goal. Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. You will need a lift. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

A 450cc implant may increase you by three cup sizes or more. Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to give you an idea of how you may look after surgery. I've included a video on breast augmentation and implant selection that I hope you find helpful.

Typically, a increase of 150 cc's is a cup increase. You are going with 450 cc's, so you should gain about 3 cups in size. Increasing the profile does not increase the cup size but diminishes the extra side breast fullness.

A 450cc implant will add about 2 and a half cup sizes to your breast. This means you will probably be a full D

Better photos with a frontal and right/left lateral pictures are essential in answering your questions accurately. Your breasts appear to be asymmetrical (all are) and pointy. Measurements and checking rib and sternal (cleavage) anatomy are paramount too.
The 450cc extra high profile implant will make you a D cup, I am just not sure if the base width is where we want to be without a physical exam.

The best way to guess your cup size is to try on implants sizers. This will provide a very good estimate of the size you will be. Be sure your surgeons office discusses width and profile with you.
After your are healed from your surgery you can go bra shopping and see what size and style of bra fits you best.

It is difficult to estimate breast size based upon cup size as there is no standardization of cup size among bra manufacturers. One company's C is another's D!
However, here is a rough guide (very rough):
A cup…235 g
B cup…450 g
C cup…530 g
D cup…760 g
E cup…1005 g
F cup…1180 g
1 cc = 1 gram (for practical reasons)
235 cc (your natural volume) + 450 cc (added volume) = 685 cc, ~~large C, small D
