Will my dents under my lower eyes caused by mistake go away naturally?

Question

A year and a half ago I had upper and under eye surgery done and was happy with the results. A little while ago i went swimming using goggles that were to tight for about an hour. I have since noticed a dent were the outline of the pressure caused by the goggles causing the under eye area to look worse than it was before surgery. I feel so self conscious and avoid any extra activity because the tired old look, specially knowing it was inflicted by my own error, please I welcome any advice

Impossible to tell without seeing a photo. There is usually something that can be done to improve the under eye area, either surgical or nonsurgical such as filler. See an oculoplastic specialist.

Surgery from a 1 1/2 ago is stable and long healed.  I have seen patients with a history of hyaluronic fillers who have a degree of chronic edema in their cheeks develop dents after wearing goggles.  However these generally resolve in hours or days and the treatment is to release the edema with enzyme.  I recommend getting assessed by an oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in aesthetic surgery.  Unfortunately for somethings, an actual personal assessment is invaluable.

Thank you for posting the question. I have never seen pressure from anything against the eyelid cause permanent changes following blepharoplasty. If this is only a recent depression it might resolve. If it does not improve, see an experienced Oculoplastic Surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and discussion of potential treatment solutions.Good luck,
