Considering a Vampire Facial or Moxy laser, which is better? (Photo)

I have oily, somewhat acne prone skin that has both some hypo and hyper pigmentation. I’m 42 and am considering a few procedures. I’m also concerned about some crepey under eye skin when I smile. I’m looking for some non-invasive options that are actually worth the investment. I use tretinon, sunscreen and the skinsceuticals skin care line. Thanks!
