Lower Facelift /Neck Lift Oct 2023 + replaced small chin implant with larger one. The existing chin implant was left intact and a larger implant inserted. Recovery was difficult with chin incision infection, drainage, & eventual implant eruption through my gums on the side of my jaw. Both chin implants are now removed. Not happy with the facelift result. Getting new chin implant in 3 weeks. Will this also help the lower facelift result? 62yo, 115# at time of surgery, 117# now.

In some extreme cases of prominent nasolabial folds a direct excision can be performed. The scar falls into the natural nasolabial line and heals well. Sometimes even a facelift might not improve the nasolabial fold in a significant way.
