I am mostly concerned about sagging skin under my chin and my neck. I am worried the results will be damaging vs enhancing

Ultherapy uses precisely focused ultrasound to stimulate production of new collagen in the skin which makes it healthier. It works best on patients in their 40' - 50's who do not have enough skin laxity to justify a surgical facelift. From the photo you posted, I would not expect a home run result in your neck so if you do Ultherapy, have appropriate expectations.

Ultherapy will lift, tone, and tighten skin. It improves the integrity of the skin, it does not compromise it. The horror stories you read on the internet are usually treatments that were performed by inexperienced providers or on patients who were not appropriate candidates for the treatment to begin with. The treatment is very effective it the appropriate candidates, it doesn't work for just anyone. Make sure you see an experienced provider for an evaluation.
