Wrinkles can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Ultherapy is an excellent treatment to tighten the underlying tissue and has a gentle effect on overlying wrinkles. Wrinkles can be classified as deep, medium and fine. For deep and medium depth wrinkles you may require fillers such as Voluma, Juvederm or Restylane. For fine wrinkles/lines, LASER, chemical peel, microneedling and topical skin care are the best approach. For dynamic wrinkles in the upper face (those that occur with movement of the forehead and around the eyes), BOTOX is the best treatments. So combining any of these treatments with the Ultherapy will give you the best overall result.Good Luck
Energy based treatments like the ones you have in mind do not do anything for wrinkles in my experience, but they will lift and tighten the skin to a subtle degree, so they are great for maintenance. We use them in our practice, but not to replace surgery.

Ulthera is a great option to help improve lines on the chest. Combination treatments are sometimes recommended since ulthera can be combined with lasers, peels, and PRP to improve the area. Best of luck!

In Washington State, the people that perform most of the Ultherapy treatments are Licensed Medical Estheticians, RN's, PA's or MD's. Whoever you go to, you want to make sure they are properly trained with the device and either a MD or working closely with one. I always suggest...
