I did my breast augmentation in 2013 using the currently recalled textured implant from allergen and now I have fluid, capsular contracture and swollen lymph nodes in my MRI. Am I covered under warranty for implant exchange with smooth ones and financial assistance? I did operation overseas in Lebanon. This is my third revision. In the second one they just exchanged with same implant model. I wasn't told by Dr nor allergen that I needed to exchange with smooth. Hence the reoccurring seroma.

No one over the Internet can help you chose the correct size. Go back to your surgeon and discuss sizes. If this is your photo, (only one is posted) I would recommend going with the smallest implant.
Find a surgeon who does a fair amount of secondary surgery, especially after removal of implants. Folds can be lifted or lowered and fat can be added to help even out sizes. Breasts can also be reshaped with a lift.
Yes, the implants can be placed over the muscle. However, you will notice the implant edges more and may see more ripples if you keep saline. With exercise, you still may have some muscle flexion, but it probably won't be as noticeable with the implants no longer behind the muscle.
