If you have post surgical issues, please contact your doctor. Each doctor has different post operative care instructions. Some doctors may say it's ok to drink coffee and alcohol. Some may not.
Ideally with the procedure you had a small punch size so the donor area will scab and close within a few days. Alcohol and coffee should be ok after day 2 if you had an average amount of bleeding during the procedure and scabbing in the grafted area looks clean (not excessively bloody). The rest of the items you mentioned should be fine right after surgery. It's always a good idea to confirm with your doctor.
You did not mention how long ago your FUE was.Even if it was yesterday you can drink "fizzy" drinks and eat fruits/nuts now.We let our patients drink coffee right away but I would check with your surgeon about this.Regarding alcohol,we do not recommend usage until you are off all of your pain medications.Alcohol itself will not affect the grafts but can interact with other medications.
Specially first 10 days we suggest not to use cigarettes. There is no any obstacles to drink coffee or gassy drinks or to eat nuts
All of the things you listed are safe to consume immediately after your surgery, except for alcohol. For that, I would suggest waiting at least a week, preferably two, before drinking moderately. You should always ask your doctor if you have questions or concerns about post-op care.
After an FUE you can drink what you want, with or without bubbles. No problem even with alcohol or coffee
