Pros/Cons Have a ‘witch’ like nose with a bump on top
Answer: Based on your photo, you appear to be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. You appear to have thin nasal skin, with a dorsal hump and M over projected and possibly droopy nasal tip appearance. My concern about injectable fillers is that it may lead to an overall larger nasal appearance. Rhinoplasty surgery techniques may be utilized to achieve a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Pros and Cons of Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty Rather than sculpting the underlying nasal structures with a scalpel, Dr. Khorasani strategically injects dermal fillers to enhance the shape and proportions of the nose. By carefully injecting dermal fillers in the area around the bump, Dr. Khorasani can minimize the appearance of the protrusion and give your nose a straighter, smoother bridge. Your nose will appear smaller even though volume is being added, because of its improved profile. A pro of this procedure is that results are immediate. As soon as dermal fillers are injected into the skin, Dr. Khorasani can gently sculpt them to smooth bumps, fill depressions, correct asymmetries and improve other irregularities. The longevity of your results will depend on which filler is used and how quickly your body metabolizes the product. Regardless of which filler is chosen, treatment will unfortunately likely need to be regularly repeated to maintain your results long-term. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is quite effective, but it can’t achieve all the results that are possible through surgical rhinoplasty. Patients who are looking for dramatic changes or internal correction may find that non-surgical rhinoplasty is not able to meet their needs. For some patients, a permanent procedure is preferable. For others, a temporary but minimally invasive treatment is more appealing. Non-surgical rhinoplasty can also be an excellent way to envision the outcome of traditional rhinoplasty before committing to surgery.

Answer: Non surgical nose job **Pros:** **Non-Invasive:** Nonsurgical nose jobs do not involve surgery, which means no incisions or anesthesia, reducing risks and downtime.. **Quick Procedure:** The procedure is usually quick and can often be done in a single office visit, saving time compared to traditional surgery. **Minimally Painful:** Patients typically experience minimal discomfort, as numbing agents are used in the treatment area. **Immediate Results:** Results are visible immediately after the procedure, providing instant gratification. **No Downtime:** There is little to no downtime, allowing patients to resume normal activities shortly after the procedure. **Cons:** **Temporary Results:** Nonsurgical nose jobs offer temporary results, usually lasting around 6 to 12 months. Multiple sessions are often required for long-term effects. **Limited Corrections:** While they can address certain issues like bumps or asymmetry, they cannot reduce the size of the nose or correct structural problems. **Risks of Fillers:** There are potential risks associated with dermal fillers, including infection, bruising, swelling, or lumps at the injection site. **Cost:** Over time, the cost of repeated nonsurgical procedures can add up and might be comparable to or more than the cost of a one-time surgical rhinoplasty. It's essential to consult with a qualified and experienced board-certified plastic surgeon well versed in rhinoplasty to discuss your specific concerns and determine the most suitable approach for your needs. Best of luck !
