I have had this since I was probably 10 years old. It started as a small hard indent that I noticed and grew over time to a longer, cellulite-looking indentation. It looks like a strip of indented cellulite and has some small hard to the touch areas. I'm 18 and highly active. I have no other cellulite in that area. It causes no pain just looks like a indented line right around where a bikini line would be. Not sure what caused it. It stopped growing a few years ago but hasn't changed.
