I have fat that causes jeans to disappear up my butt crack. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

I have a nice butt in jeans except where the fat has gathered and come together to make it impossible to wear pants without the butt seam disappearing. I would like to have the fat removed so I have the typical "star" shape so my pants will no longer disappear. The picture below is sideways, sorry. My legs are the upper right. The lower left is the issue. I hope you can advise me.
