what is the shape of my butt? i have a very dispropotionate butt what is the shape? or type? and can exercise help me reshape it? can i have it more round? with exercises.?

You can try to exercise and make your butt stronger, but it seems that your anatomy will make it very difficult.  You may consider a Brazilian butt lift and contouring of the thighs and lower back with injection of fat into the buttocks.

I wish I could talk to you in person to ask if what you hate is the wide appearance of your lower buttock. If it is the main problem, then the large area of excess fat in the lateral thighs giving your butt a "wide" look.Liposuction of the lateral thighs and flanks would improve the buttock a lot. If you would like the upper buttock a little more full, then adding the fat removed to the upper buttock would be in order. Buttock exercises are never a bad idea, but I do not think it would change the buttock shape much.

Exercise alone may not be enough to change your buttock shape to what you would ideally want. Body contouring to your thighs and flanks with fat transfer to your buttock (Brazilian Butt Lift) would be a good option. Its a good idea to have an in person consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. They can show you examples of similar work they have performed. As well, they should be able to give you an idea of what results you can expect.
