hi my name is V. looking into skin tightening of the lower half of my face. I feel like I have no shape, saggy cheeks, jowls and no jawline definition. What non surgical treatments would I benefit from to improve this area? im 27 f, 5'2 138 pounds. thank you

I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

You can also get dermal fillers to contour and lift your cheeks as well as define your jawline. These treatments can be done alone or combined for an enhanced result

The use of appropriately robust HA filler augmentation of the chin and jawline in the hands of an experienced injector can yield immediate results. Augmenting the chin will better harmonize the projection of the chin with those of the lips and nose in profile. Additionally, it can help to straighten and define the jawline and diminish jowl formation. Additional filler allong the jawline can achieve further improvement with these issues. In experienced hands, both filler procedures performed in one session should not take more than about twenty minutes and the results are typically immediate, elicit a "Wow!" reaction and engender little to no significant downtime. Hi and welcome to our forum!
From your photo, I note blunting of the angle between chin and anterior neck. There is perhaps slight exaggeration of the nasolabial folds (which separates the lips from the cheeks).
You may wish to consider Kybella injections to eliminate excess submental fat and increase definition. Hyaluronic acid injections into the cheekbone area will accentuate the cheeks and lift the cheek itself, smoothing the nasolabial folds.  Without a frontal view, I cannot comment upon the extent of your jowls.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
