I have personally had success employing conventional, professionally performed microneedling accompanied by the application of prescription redness reducing agents, such tranexamic acid and brimonidine for treating postinflammatory erythema, i.e. the redness that follows inflammation, surgery, or trauma, as appears to be the case here. You would be wise to seek consultation and treatment by an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist.
