Hi, I’m a woman in my mid-30s. In the past 5 months, I experienced some weight loss (7lbs), stress and a bout of Covid. I have suddenly developed crepey under-eye skin with deep hollowness. One surgeon advised waiting; while another recommended lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer harvested from abdomen. I’ve read about risks of fat proliferation under the eyes in premenopausal women due to hormonal changes. Could you explain the safety of fat transfer for my age and suggest any alternatives?
