Fat transfer to breast or renuva? Given my history to the lipo, should I just do renuva instead?

Despite your unhappy experience with fat grafting, nothing other than fat should be injected into the breast. Even if you did, it would require $$$$$$.$$ to get enough, so don't let some unscrupulous provider make you pay what seems like a lot of money only to get far to little product to make a difference.

It is difficult to make recommendations without photos. Given significant issues with prior fat grafting/liposuction and unsatisfactory results, it is understandable to want to avoid doing so again. Renuva is best served for more targeting filling- facial grafting or filling contour defects of the breast or buttock. It comes in 1.5 and 3 cc syringes so its utility for volumizing the entire breasts would be prohibitive. Also, if your breast size is as described, small volume injections with a product like this would be unlikely to give you the results you are looking for.

It would have been very helpful to submit photos. However, if you are an actual F cup, I would suggest a reduction, which includes a lift. Renuvion will not be sufficient for a breast that large and heavy.

To make the assessment, we need to see quality pictures.
There are number of options for changing the size and shape of breasts.
Renuva it’s probably the least effective and worst option.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with different plastic surgeons in your community to get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options.
Having had a poor experience with liposuction and fat transfer does not necessarily make it a bad procedure.
There are substantial differences in skill and experience among plastic surgeons when it comes to these procedures.
