It's really just half a centimeter higher that i want my nose to be!! How much would it cost to shave the tip off just a bit?

Rhinoplasty is a technically challenging and complex operation. In a sense, there is not such a thing as an "easy" rhinoplasty. The change that you are looking for, however, is definitely possible. This would require elevating the tip of the nose and reducing the bridge a little. Cost of rhinoplasty varies significantly around the country and even between surgeons. There are probably a couple of items you may want to address here.  Rhinoplasty on the low end will be $5000.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the

Most rhinoplasty cases take a lot of preparation, planning and discussion with the surgeon. The surgery is not as simple as raising the tip. There are multiple maneuvers involved. One of them will likely require breaking the nasal bones and shaving down the hump. The cost depends on the skill and experience of your surgeon and what region of the country you are searching. The range can be from $5000 to 10,000 for surgeon's fees alone. This does not include the operating room fee and fee for the anesthesiologist.
