I think that glasses is the reason for my small dorsal hump, it's not big, you can't notice it unless you're looking for it. Will the hump go away, it could be because i think that the glasses had put too much pressure on the sides of the nose

I do not use steroid injections. The nose
can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the
nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness

If the nose looks displaced with a bump or off-center and looks different than before the accident, it is likely fractured. X-rays amy miss it, and cartilage fractures do not project on x-rays too well if at all.
