I am sorry about your experience with dysport. 
Both products, dysport and botox usually last around 3-4 months depending on your metabolism and the way your body breaks down products, therefore, if you had a reaction to dysport, it should dissipate around that time. In the mean while, I would consult with the injector especially since he is a dermatologist and see his recommendations of care for the rash.
