My eyes are extremely asymmetrical. I realise that some asymmetry is normal, but mine are quite noticeably different. What, if anything, can be done to make them more symmetrical?

Epicanthal fold surgery scars
It appears that you had surgery to correct epicanthal folds with quite
satisfactory results. Your scars show some hypopigmentation, which is very
difficult to correct. I do not believe that any revision surgery would be
indicated.
