Starting in you 20's will help atrophy the facial muscles and weaken them so that you don't have to get Botox as often when you are older. The upper cheek is a major support for the under eyes. I would first begin with addressing the volume loss in the cheeks followed by addressing the tear trough area.

Hi, at 26 it’s a bit early for a lift. I would stick to neuromuscular modulator (Botox, Xeomin, or similar). You may add a bit off filler to cheeks, but this may wait for few more years, unless you trying to modify some areas like chin, jaw line,lips.
