I had temple filler over a year ago- it’s something I’ve had before and had no problems! For the last 6-7 months I have had continued swelling in both temples which is persistent- I get maybe a week without swelling then it flares up again! It’s incredibly painful & I’m also unable to open my mouth properly when the swelling is particularly bad! I have very hard lumps on one temple but not the other! I’ve had hylase twice which hasn’t had any effect! Is the only option surgery to remove?
