Is this a good option for a C/D cup with little to no upper pole fullness but firm breasts that sit 4cm below the inframammary fold? I also don’t have large nipples or areola. My nipples don’t point down yet, but they’re getting there. I’m almost 22 and 5’6. I’ve seen Dr. Kao’s work and I’m amazed! Are there any regrets I would have getting this? Also, I AM OKAY WITH THE 1-2cm DIFFERENCE! I’m not looking for maximum perkiness. My photos vs the work he did are posted below :)
Answer: Bellesoma Lift The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Is Alexandra Breast Lift a good option for a C/D cup with little to no upper pole fullness? (photos) Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift with implants. A breast augmentation and a breast lift work hand and hand to enhance the overall shape and size of a woman’s breasts. These procedures are ideal for increasing the size of the breasts while restoring balance and youthfulness to a woman’s bust. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.

Answer: Breast lift There are many different types of breast lifts. The goal of reducing scarring may also limit how far things can be lifted. The so called Alexandra lift seems to be reasonable option, but from what I know it does entail scars.

Answer: Breast lift Dear perriele93, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Alexandra Breast Lift Good afternoon! This technique is basically a donut mastopexy (aka concentric mastopexy, aka Binelli mastopexy), with some internal suturing. Everyone likes to name something- I did it myself 20 years ago by inventing the Internal Bra, now everyone uses it around the world. In your case, however, I feel like this would be pushing the limits of the procedure a little too far, but I suggest you consult directly with the surgeon who developed the technique. Just like the Internal Bra, each surgeon will adapt their own nuances to a procedure, and some will be able to perform it better than others, and some will have much more experience with the technique than others.
