I am early 40’s with saggier breast from Losing 20kg ( currently 64kg). Right breast larger and saggier then left. I would like my nipples the same height and some improvement in sagginess and wonder if I am past trying Breast tite?maybe some lipo on the bigger one? So few results online but I am Kinda keen to avoid a scar or put my body through so much trauma but willing to consider it.
Answer: Breast Lift Surgery (Mastopexy) Hi Dynamic647995 Breast lifts using a lollipop incision are designed for middle-sized reductions or for patients who need the nipple to be lifted by more than 2 cm. The donut incision around the areola is extended downward which takes the tension off the areola. In this way, the scar around the areola is less conspicuous even though the overall length of the scar is longer. This technique also provides for excellent cleavage. Answer: Breast tite or breast lift? (Photo) Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you would benefit from a full breast lift. A breast lift would reshape the tissue with skin tightening. The goal of the breast lift procedure is to restore a woman’s perky natural contours with minimal post-surgical marks and through using state-of-the-art techniques. The board certified plastic surgeon you select should be so skilled at breast lifts that the smallest scar will be utilized to achieve optimal shape. An in-office examination by a board certified plastic surgeon would be necessary.

Answer: Bellesoma Lift Your breasts are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift It’s up to you whether to have your breasts lifted. I’m aware of the breast tite thing but am skeptical as to whether it dies anything other than cost you money.
