I had my 250cc PIP silicone breast implants removed 5 days ago and was wearing a compression bra as instructed. I am completely flat (back to a AA cup), no excess skin, healing well, minimal pain. I had the implants in 12 years and they were not ruptured, the thin capsules not removed. I cannot wear the compession bra any longer as it is affecting my breathing (asthma). I don't have compression bandages / wrap, just surgical strips over incisions. I am now wearing a looser bra. Is this ok?
