I have 22 year old Mentor smooth saline implants that were put in under the muscle. One ruptured a few months ago and the other was drained at the surgeons office last week. My question is, I'm really afraid of going under general as I'm a Mom now and I fear the risks. Also, Is there a chance of Mold growing in the implant if the saline has already been drained? Would my health be at risk if decided to not ever have them removed and am not concerned with the way they look. Thank you!
